Aktivitas Gel Kombinasi Ekstrak Rimpang Kunyit dan Gel Gamat Terhadap Penyembuhan Luka

چکیده

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui khasiat dari gel kombinasi ekstrak rimpang kunyit dan gamat sebagai obat mempercepat proses penyembuhan luka sayatan yang mudah diaplikasikan, praktis, efektif pada tikus putih galur Sprague-Dawley berdasarkan pengamatan patologi anatomi. Sebanyak 30 digunakan dibagi ke dalam rancangan acak lengkap dengan 5 kelompok perlakuan. Kulit dilukai sebagian sisi perut kiri atau kanan sepanjang 3 cm. Setiap kemudian diobati perlakuan berbeda. Perlakuan diberikan adalah kontrol negatif (gel plasebo), berbagai konsentrasi (0,5%, 1%, 2%), positif (salep komersil mengandung Centella asiatica 15%). Pengamatan anatomi dilakukan setiap hari selama 21 hari. membandingkan perubahan terjadi secara deskriptif luka. Parameter diamati ukuran luka, kedalaman tepi jenis eksudat, warna kulit, keberadaan rambut. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa memberi pengaruh lebih baik terhadap percepatan dibandingkan hanya placebo. Hal dipercepat pemberian gamat. Kelompok 2% memberikan hasil 0,5% 1%.
